Well this bathroom in my Victorian house has undergone some changes since I started buiding the house some 5 years ago or more and I think I'm nearly there with it now..... although having said that I still have the tiles to go on yet. The bathroom started life up in the attic but I've now changed my mind as I want to put the maid's bedroom up there instead. I decided to make my upper landing into the bathroom to give me an extra room. It is inbetween two other rooms with two doors leading off - one to the gentleman's study and the other to the bedroom...I've given the impression of stairs going up to the upper floor by putting in a 'false' wall. I just need to find some decent looking tiles for it now and put a dado rail in....here are some pictures.

Thankyou Jeanette - I really enjoy all the little miniature making though I must admit the buildings do take up a bit of space. We have had to make a spare room for them by making two rooms out of one! This is not my only house either... Ask any miniaturist and they will say the same as me - "You can't stop with just one!"

Such a neat idea to embroider the rugs liek that, I will ahev to make some for my houses!

I will try and post some more pictures of my house if the light is good tomorrow. I've also been working on the study/gentlemans room and on the upper hallway. There are lots of things that still need 'tweaking' in some of the rooms but I will show those too....x
