After our visit this year and Deb's (Rosedoll Deb) post's some members expressed a wish to have a coach trip to the factory.
I can now advise that Himstedt have informed us they intend to still have the open days in 2008 and this being so we intend to go again. I can take 8 additional people and would like to know who is interested. ( I would leave Dover on an early morning ferry so you would have to make your own way there)

Himstedt have now updated open days for this year which are as follows

Thursday 31st Jan 2008
Thursday 29th May 2008
Thursday 18th Sep 2008

There is not a lot of point going on the 31st Jan as you will only be able to see the prototypes. According to AH each date has been set for after the release of the new collection. So a visit on the 29th May would enable you to see the prototypes AND production dolls for the Winter Kinder as well as the prototypes for the Spring Kinder
