I just wanted to share a big hug for each and every one of the DCC members, you guys are incredible! I wish you all were here. Take a holiday, jump on a plane and come to Atlanta! Seriously....let me know when you arrive!!!!!

I can see you are really in good mood through the wordds in this post.Happy to see you getting yourself away from the blues.Moms can be troublesome.I can understand.I love my mom(not my mother in law)but sometimes I just can't stand some of her opinions.As for my mother in law,that is a nightmare.She treats me like I am nothing.At first I thought it was my fault and tried to find out what I had done wrong to make her treated me like this but then I realized it's not my problem.Take an example,once she cooked fried noodles,everyone in the family except me has beef in the noodles.Mine is pork.My hubby asked his mom right in front of everyone why mine is different.She answered,"Do you think I have that much time to cook two different noodles?Of course that's beef!"Hmm.....even I who doesn't cook well know how cooked beef and cooked pork look like..........

Dear Elisabeth! I am so glad, you are in such Happy spirits these days. You so deserve it, and more! Well, about your mom, I kinda, am in the same place, where you are with your mom. We have had some rough times, and many times, she wasn't there for me. Just know that you are loved very much, and there are many people who truly care about you. You are one person, that I am very happy, to call my friend! The people who get to know you, are so blessed in their life, because you bring, peace, joy, love and Happiness to many people. Thank you guys!! SO far i am still in happy spirits, but then MOM is at sis' house for two days then comes back here on Xmas eve.....hmmmm.

Jess and Deb, yes...I feel for you as i know exactly what you mean. I WISH it was my MIL as I could almost be OK with being frustrated with her as she is NOT my mom, but I love her and just get so irritated with my own. gag! My sis is about to explode and she only has her for 2 of the 7 days.

(for instance, she now says she has MS. Funny how it just APPEARED after 67 yrs! I know alot about it as I have two friends with it...it is horrible. ) she insists her dr says it is MS or a brain tumor. OMG come on....I am gonna puke! And I wonder why i hate lazy, needy and lying people? hmmmm. one word....ADOPTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahahahahaha

OK, I am still happy, really!!!!

Oh wow wouldn't it be fab if we could all do that!! Well you never know Elisabeth, we might make it across the pond one day!

Would love to come and meet you my lovely summer sis, just grin and bear it for Xmas. My darling mum died 21yrs ago, she lived with us and I adored her but she could be awkward at times too. My friend came over this morning and was talking about her 93yr old mum who lives with her, she's driving my friend and her husband (who has cancer) around the bend!! Hope you have a lovely peaceful
