Someone asked this the other week and I think it means you have had no warnings from admin

I remember the question being asked too. The answer was that this feature isn't being used so you can just ignore it.

Thanks girls, that's a relief, i wondered why it was only on my post, and on no one elses, phew.

Gill my Riley hasn't arrived, I asked her on sunday for a tracking number, and she told me she had only just posted her, a week after I had paid.
Fingers crossed she srrives this week.

Don't worry about that warn thing, I remember that Liz or Sylvia told somewhere that it is something that you cannot delete when establishing the forum, so therefore we just have to ignore it, it will not be used at all!!! So don't worry!!!

Max how frustrating waiting that long, if she is coming from the States you can expect a week to 10 days from when it is shipped.
I am waiting for my reborn (also called Max) but I expect I will hear from the customs man first :-(
Be sure to post as soon as she arrives.

Gill, hope you will show lot's of pictures of max, and I hope you don't get stung by customs either.
The only problem I have is that she arrives before i go away next friday.
I know the lady said she has way over charged me on postage!
But would do a refund, but have not had anything of as yet, I did say, that if it was $2 or under, to pop it in a charity box.

What Riley are you buying Max? I love my little Riley. I bought Blue Fiesta Riley, but I should have bought a naked one really as I soon stripped and redressed her!!

Gill - has your knit book for small dolls arrived yet?

On a rabbit forum I go on the warning system is always in use as someone always offends someone or says the wrong thing. I got a warning for saying I thought a rabbit should be pts rather than have extensive painful treatment.... it's quite a relief to come on a nice friendly forum where no one upsets or swears at each other!!!

I brought a basice Riley, with 3 wigs, and I'm also going to buy the book that gill has in the post somewhere, as I'm an avid pattern collector, I have over 5,000 of them, but I do love marjory's books, and have all her others.

How are you feeling now, as I know you lost Fudge, a loved pet?
It is so nice, I agree, to belong to a warm and friendly forum, with no bad language.
If you ever want a set for your LM, let me know too, and where is your new little boy from Phil?

I'm ok thanks, losing Fudge was an awful shock as he was only one and he was in so much pain

I've sold my LM to Bev, as it wasn't for me, but I might come back to you for a set for my ooak from Rosj in my signature, she's looking a bit cold for winter!!!

I'm currently knitting a cardigan for my 16" kish doll and also a scarf for me! I need to concentrate on the cardi as I'm not a good knitter, so the scarf is in garter stitch so I can just knit whilst watching tv

I look forward to seeing your Riley, she's soooo pretty in real life

ps little boy from Phil will be photo'd as soon as it stops raining and light improves!! He's a cutie too

The book came Friday, the patterns are okay but I do like mine to be to scale and although these patterns are better than lots I have seen for Riley are still slightly bulky for me.
As you probably know I like really very fine knitting.
I ordered some more of Claire Toppings patterns today as I have just received AD 10" Lullaby doll. I just can't be bothered designing patterns for this size at the moment.
I will start working on Riley size as soon as my fingers are healed.

I know how upset my friend was when she lost her 2, but they had caught a cold, and they don't have immune systems either, fudge was still young though.

My Riley looks very similar to the one in your siggy too.
She has 2 wigs, not 3, it's 3 dresses she comes with

sorry you weren't that happy with the Riley patterns, i use 3ply for these small sizes, so not sure if i will use the patterns either, mind i'll still buy a copy.


Claire has some lovely patterns, i have some too, the one is my siggy is one i altered slightly to fit a 10" too.
Can't wait to see what you make for your lullaby baby.

Hope yopur fingers get better quickly too, so you can get back to knitting the tiny items.
