hi ladies, ive been trying to do this charity reborn for a week or so, but i just cant seem to get it 'right'.. its a AJ Lillian kit with Jared limbs, its such a cute kit..
i just cant seem to get the paint right.. its been stripped 3 or 4 times already..
i just dont know what to do.. i cant give up on it as ive already sorted it with the charity, and i dont want to just start another kit because this one was donated..

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.. xx

Becky I had this problem with my Lilly kit. She was supposed to be a twin originally and I culdn't get the vinyls matched. She has been stripped a number of times now and I am still trying to get her to look like i want. ( although no longer a twin)I'm afraid this is no help at all except to day that I've just kept at it and today finally I think I may be getting somewhere. SO maybe if you just keep plugging away at it it'll work for you too.

Put her to one side and ignore her, hopefully then she will realise that if she doesn't behave she will get shoved in a box!! no seriously hun i think we all get babba's like this occasionally, the more you work on them the more you don't like what you have done, leave her alone for awhile and then start on her again afresh

Photograph what you've done. Then put everything away for a day or so. Then look at the photos and you'll see what needs to be done.
I find it far easier to judge from the photos than from just looking at the kit.
