i should be getting her tomoz and just wondered what size to look for, in shoes and clothes please

I HAVE KIDA SAME SIZE....US..SIZES SIZE 3 SHOES, SIZE 12 MONTH JEANS AND T-SHIRTS..........DRESS AND SHIRTS MAY BE LITTLE SMALLER MAKE SURE EASY TO GET ON AND OFF.....LISA
