Hi use oxy10 spot cream, apply it leave a while then keep re-appling y until the ink has gone. if you can sit her in a sunny place that will speed things up.

Hi Jules, I am so sorry to hear of the problem with your new doll. You can remove biro pen with a weak solution of Milton (baby bottle sterilizer) however it would also take the colour out. Can I suggest you knit her a cardigan with longer sleeves, and thread a ribbon through the cuffs and tie in a bow, this would solve the problem, and I am sure the biro will fade in time. If you bought a new arm, the colouring wouldnt be the same. Sheila.

Jules oxy10 wont harm her at all, i once bought a reborn that had an ink mark on her forehead i used the oxy10 and it came off after 2 applications.

How disappointing for you, I do think the seller is being bang out of order, of course the marks were there when she sent her, they didn't happen overnight did they I'd perservere with the seller if it were me

Agree with the oxy10 remark (or any 10% peroxide based spot cream) even if you don't think it looks nice and sunny out of the window just sitting her there will still do some good as its the UV rays she needs to catch, I would try a baby wipe first though. As for the seller if you paid via paypal I would file a dispute
