Got the new WII Fit on Thursday evening........ITS GREAT
and been on a healthy eating plan since Friday
lost 3 lbs already
Its really good fun and doesn't feel like exercise at all
got hubby on it too its a good laugh. My lowest virtual age
on it so far is 35 feeling like a young thing

i would love to give this a go but would be round my b/fs to play lol

It seems like the Wii Fit is a good idea and especially as you have lost 3 lb in weight that is good. My brother has got one and Patrick, my nephew is looking quite slim already. I think it is a good idea as it is exercise with fun as well. Keep going Therese and keep us updated on how you are doing.

my brother bought one, he brought it over on Saturday. It was great fun, Im saving up to buy a Wii and the Wii fit, seems like much more fun than ordinary exercise!!!

I Love Wii fit, we were lucky enough to get it on the day it came out and we love it. The only trouble is my BMI keeps going up i think i must be doing something wrong....LOL

Me...who hates any form of physical excercise!! I use it every single day & can now even do the 10min run without gettingout of breath

I have always hated excercise & could never manage to keep up at aerobics or step classes, but this has to be the best fun I have had ... ever!!

I know it costs £70 for the game, but I think its money well spent, if you were to go swimming once a week with paying for parking too its around £7 here, so after 10 weeks your £70 is spent & its tonnes better value, as you tend to use it daily, it makes me quite competitive with myself as I am always trying to better yesterdays scores...

Well i bought a wii 2 weeks ago just so i could get a wii fit so i have had to wait patiently for the shops to get stock back in of them, and today i have to wait in all day as it's on its way, can't wait for it to get here so i can have a play..lol

I will let you all know how i get on as i am so unfit and need to loose loads of weight.

Hi Therese, well done you, we have been thinking about getting one of these Our weight is tumbling off with diet and walking, but would like a change of exercise routine. Has anyone used one of these who has diabetes? My son in germany bought one and has lost 5 kilos - he to is diabetic, but is a bit unsure if he should be using it. Sheila.
