I am thinking along the halloween lines ~ that was when Ned finally arrived after same sort of anguish!
Just a short note from her or Craig would really be appreciated.
I am so used to going into the kitchen at work ~ the fact there is still no parcel is kinda "Oh well, maybe tomorrow". It is laughable! I reckon I'd collapse & need resuscitation if he WAS there!
Oh well, off to work & another disappointment awaiting!!! At least today is salary day.....yeeeehaaaaah!

This has really put me off buying a doll from Suzanne, it is just not acceptable. You would never get this treatment from Lullabydolls. I feel so sorry for you Lainey. Hope you get your Toby soon.

Oh I feel for you and Charlene, it's disgusting how you've been treated, the very least she could have done was to send you an email explaining whyour dolls haven't been shipped. Imagine how much interest she's receiving from your cash!! Hope your babies arrive soon Lynette

No Lainey, no more as yet, but I am watching and waiting.....which I am very good at Really more like this and this lol On Aug 20 I got the short message that my baby would be mailed in a few days, so.......I am not holding my breath, but really hoping. The message I got on May 23 said he could possible be shipped that next week, but three months later nothing and only a message on July 16 saying mine was the one being worked on and the message Aug 20 saying he would be mailed in a few days. What to believe anymore? You know, it isn't the waiting....we can do that.....but it is the lies and the no communication. The being told I was #11 and knowing others were being sent out, being told very soon, won't be long now, saying I am getting those gray eyes in and won't be long now, then saying mine was to be in the next batch poured when I was under the impression she was working on mine already, then saying she was working on mine and another ladys and it wouldn't be long now, then when I had him paid for the last of March I was sure it would not be much longer. But from there on it went down hill and only a message on April 1 saying she was behind as she had to make a Mallory because that edition was first (a lady changed her mind and wanted Mallory instead of Toby) and then emails on May 23 and the last one on Aug 20. I see that she had time to sculpt an OOAK for someone when she should have been getting our Tobys out. Lainey aren't the only ones waiting either. One lady had to file with paypal and block it before she got her baby. All at once after she did that the doll was said to have been going out the next day. Yeah right!!! Why wasn't the lady informed then, so she wouldn't have to take those measures. Another lady sent her invoices for a refund and then got the message that her baby is half done and I got my message saying mine would be mailed in a few days after my email saying that if I didn't hear soon I would have to file for a refund. Suzanne told someone that she was having personal problems which she didn't want to discuss. And she was rude to some saying they knew they had to wait. Well, yes we all knew we would have to wait, but didn't know we would be treated so badly. A simple email letting us know the progress is all we asked. After all she had our money and it is big investment that some of us have saved for to be able to get these dolls. And to hear nothing and be lied to and treated rudly is unacceptable. So never again will I do business direct with Suzanne. I feel bad she is going through personal difficulty, but so has everyone else. I will let you know if and when I get my Toby. Thanks for everyone's support for us.

Girls the best thing to do is send Suzanne a paypal invoice for the entire amount you have given her and contact Paypal.
Since all she cares about is the money you bet she'll be intouch with you.
People STOP doing business with her.
No doll however awesome is worth this stress.

I'll give her 'personal problems'!!! I would like to see her walk an hour in my shoes just now & see what 'personal problems' are like for real! I don't share much personal stuff on any forum as a) i am quite a private sort. b) I don't much like involving others in my personal stuff. c) It is inappropriate on a doll forum. d) Hate making others feel sorry or sad for me ~ life is a ***** for all of us at times!
BUT, if I was selling $2000 dolls, I would ensure that those buying from me were kept in contact with ~ on however small a scale. A glimmer of an email, even if a mass produced cc copy would be enough to allay fears & anguish. It is downright rude & bad manners to treat people, who are, in all confidence, putting the bread & butter on their tables!
I will wait, not happy, but, as i said, i am patient & I have too much else to worry about right now. Humans are, after all, far more important than my love of dolls.
After Ned, i swore I would never again............................but here I am.
It's just that, at the end of the day, I really want this new baby ~ I don't want a refund. Just want a small boost of happiness as this year of hell draws to an end. Just want an injection of joy, as, I am sure, we all do.
Charlene, you will get your's soon. I really feel that.

Oh my, Lainey you poor love.I thought your new boy would have been here weeks ago. What ever is wrong with Suzanne. Its such a shame she makes fantastic babies but she does seem to forget how to treat her very patient customers. Hope he comes home soon love. xxxxx
