I am waiting for Toby too together with the sweet lady I bought him from here on DCC (he is also yet to be made). I yearn for my Toby too but find comfort in looking up earlier Toby photo's posted by kind members here on DCC and on DF too, just to remind myself what a wonderful cuddlebug he is and that he is a cute bundle to wait for. Hope that our Toby's will be ready and sent out soon.

Lainey yes I know Monday comes first, but here Monday is a holiday "Labor Day", so there will be no mail. for us too and all the others. I have no idea what is going on, but do hope we can get our babies soon. I really just want him and not a refund. I can wait, but when they say he will be mailed in a few days then I get excited again. Thanks to all for the and the help in waiting, cause it does help when we can talk to others. Hang in there girls and I will too.

Well, a week has gone by since I filled that invoice ~ NOTHING! Not even a glimmer of a response!
3 months since I made this expectant post...................................still waiting.
Anyone know if I can re-send that invoice?

I'd re-send the invoice giving her 7 days to respond or to provide you with the goods. Tell her if she doesn't respond/supply within 7 days that you'll pass the whole matter to a collection agency.
You could also start charging a fee for every time you have to initiate contact with her - just add it onto the invoice.
That might just grab her attention as she'll end up owing you the doll and the money.

OMG just popped on here for a minute and saw your post and had to see if you ever received your Toby yet. Can't beleive you're still waiting and waiting and waiting after so much time. Makes you want to do this to Suzanne and her lack of customer service. And to see Charlene and medici also waiting. AGHHHHH I haven't heard from Suzanne since May 23rd and 2 very short " I'll check when I get home this weekends" from Craig but no answer after that. Wonder how many others are waiting and have completely run out of ? How big was the edition ?? Seems to be quite a few Tobys around. Sure do hope filing with Paypal will wake her up. Problems or not...we all do have them don't we is no reason not to at least offer the courtesy of an email and update. Rather have some truth than a bunch of nothing.

Fingers crossed and hoping with all my might that one day very, very soon you'll be needing the smelling salts when you walk in the kitchen at work.

Sent that invoice, but my computer (brand new) had major issues & I was only ably to email Craig, but no response.
I will send another invoice on Monday, my next day off.
This is all getting too silly ~ just clinging onto a glimmer of hope that he will make it here on his brother's 2nd anniversary with me ~ Halloween!
No idea of the edition size. But, if there ARE only us straggling folks left, perhaps it won't be tooooo long now?
